We offer regular open houses for our booked couples to come plan their decorations, ask questions, and bring along the people who may be helping them prepare such as family, vendors, or friends who will be helping with decorating. If you would like to fill out your online planner in person with some assistance from staff, this is a great time to do so! To attend, please fill out the RSVP form on this page!

Dress for the weather! The heat in the venue can’t keep up when it is really cold out. We also have winterized the venue to prevent frozen pipes- therefore the restrooms are not currently usable.

The barn has been winterized and the restrooms are not in working order while the water is off. We will attempt to heat the lower level, but if outdoor temperatures are low it will likely not keep up very well. We encourage you to dress for the weather!
