What’s Included:

• Access to the gambrel ceiling Hay Loft, which can seat up to 150 guests seated at tables or more with ceremony style seating

• Use of the heated and air conditioned Milking Parlor; a really unique rustic/industrial location for receptions and meals - seating up to 130

• Several outdoor areas that can be used for ceremonies, photography, yard games, outdoor or tent reception (we do not provide a tent), etc.

• 13 hour rental on Saturdays from 10am-11pm*, with the option to add on rehearsal and set up time Friday from 3pm-9pm for an affordable additional fee

• 300 white folding chairs, 135 wood slat back chairs with seat cushions, 25 - 8’ rectangular plastic banquet tables, “built-in” wooden bar-top tables in the milking parlor, and 8 wooden farmhouse tables

• Three preparation rooms: All renovated rooms are heated and air conditioned and include extra amenities and flexibility

• Use of our evaporative cooler, if needed in the Hay Mow on a hot day

• Parking for up to 135 vehicles + parking attendants

• Whiskey barrels to use for decor or a table base

• Use of our arches to incorporate with your decor

• Open vendor policy

• Regular planning open houses to create your vision, and bring family, friends & vendors

• Use of the farm for engagement photo shoot

• Approved by the state of Indiana and local building and fire codes for safety

• Wheelchair accessibility including ADA accessible restrooms

*All amplified music must end by 10 pm on weekends, or 9pm on weeknights
