Pricing

For-Lou Farms is one of the most affordable wedding venues in the Indianapolis area, especially when considering that we strive to offer value to our couples by providing you with maximum flexibility. There are no hidden fees, sales tax is already included in the price tag, and no required vendors give you the freedom to go as elaborate or casual as you wish! A beautiful wedding doesn’t have to blow your budget!


2024 and 2025 Wedding Pricing:

Venue Rental: $3900

Required Refundable Damage Deposit - Due 1 month before wedding: $500

Optional set-up and rehearsal time on the day prior to wedding from 3pm-9pm: $500 total


A $1500 down payment reserves your date

The remaining balance is split between two payments, due 6 months before your wedding and 1 month before. The $500 refundable damage deposit is due at the same time as the final payment 1 month before the wedding.


Please note: We require a $1,000,000 liability insurance policy. Approximate cost is $150, and we are happy to make recommendations on how to obtain a policy. See our Event Insurance Page for more details.

What’s Included:

  • Exclusive access to the venue from 10am-11pm, with the option to add additional time the day before

  • Use of the hay mow: a beautiful 2100 square foot gambrel loft, which can seat up to 150 guests seated at tables or 200 guests for a ceremony

  • Use of the heated and air conditioned milking parlor; a really unique rustic/industrial location for receptions seating up to 130

  • A large heated and cooled multi-purpose room that can be used as a huge bridal suite, or opened up for additional party space

  • Two additional heated & cooled prep rooms: one of which is equipped with a refrigerator and sink

  • A large 24’ x 12’ deck overlooking the cow pasture

  • Several outdoor areas that can be used for ceremonies, photography, yard games, outdoor or tent reception, etc.

  • 300 white plastic folding chairs

  • 135 wooden, cushioned slat back chairs

  • 24 rectangular plastic banquet tables (8 feet long)

  • 8 wooden farmhouse tables (7 are 7 feet long, and one is 4 feet long for use as a cake table, sweetheart table, etc.)

  • Parking attendants

  • Staff onsite throughout your event

  • Open vendor policy

  • Use of our evaporative cooler, if needed in the hay mow on a hot day

  • Indoor, permanent, handicap accessible restrooms

  • Well lit parking area for up to 135 vehicles

  • Whiskey barrels to use for decor (4), and one removable table top if you’d like to use two barrels as a table base

  • A few different arch options for ceremony backdrops or photo areas

  • Approved by the state of Indiana and local building and fire codes for safety

  • Wheelchair Accessibility to all areas of the barn

  • Planning visits to create your vision

  • Use of the farm for an engagement photo shoot
