There are no hidden fees, sales tax is already included in the price tag, and no required vendors give you the freedom to go as elaborate or casual as you wish! Thursday Wedding Pricing:
Thursday Venue Rental: $2800
Required Refundable Damage Deposit - Due 1 month before wedding: $500
A $1500 down payment reserves your date
The remaining balance is split between two payments, due 6 months before your wedding and 1 month before. The $500 refundable damage deposit is due at the same time as the final payment 1 month before the wedding.
The venue rental begins at 10am and ends at 10pm. Amplified music must end by 9pm for Thursday weddings.

Use of the hay mow: a beautiful 2100 square foot gambrel loft, which can seat up to 150 guests
Use of the heated and air conditioned milking parlor; a really unique rustic/industrial location for receptions seating up to 130
A large heated and cooled multi-purpose room that can be used as a huge bridal suite, or opened up for additional party space
Two additional heated & cooled prep rooms: one of which is equipped with a refrigerator and sink
A large 24’ x 12’ deck overlooking the cow pasture
Several outdoor areas that can be used for ceremonies, photography, yard games, outdoor or tent reception, etc.

135 wooden, cushioned slat back chairs
24 rectangular plastic banquet tables (8 feet long)
8 wooden farmhouse tables (7 are 7 feet long, and one is 4 feet long for use as a cake table, sweetheart table, etc.)
